Where “Street Names" come from:
Once upon a time long ago, my father taught me that your home was your castle and you were always king of your castle.
This was a dream that I lived with for many, many years.
Castle Estates was created from that dream. “Camelot Circle” came from my early years in Saugus Massachusetts. When my family knew and lived with many families from the Camelot dream era, like the Kennedy’s, Smith’s, Emma’s, Egan’s, Sawin’s, Bourque’s, Fields; and of course the LoPresti Family.
In those days from early 1950’s to 1970’s people were very close and there was a lot of family and friendship ties and people were very proud of where they came from and where they were headed in life.

Phase 1
“Camelot Circle” will start that dream.
“Queen Lillian Circle” was named after my mother (Josephine Lillian Sawin LoPresti) and my wife (Charlene Lillian Gould LoPresti). “King Phillip Circle” is named after my father (Joseph Phillip LoPresti) and me (Robert Phillip LoPresti).

“Draw Bridge Path”
was named after all the people that crossed a bridge to go down our same path. The dream of a special few people being able to own their own castle now will live on forever.
